The Department of Biomedicine (DBM) integrates the fundamental and translational research programs of the Medical Faculty of the University of Basel and the University Hospital of Basel (USB). Within the DBM, the Tissue Engineering Cluster focuses on developing and translating innovative, cell-based therapies for cartilage repair in orthopedic, spinal, and reconstructive surgery. As part of this effort, the Intervertebral Disc Research Unit (Dr. Olga Krupkova) at USB, is seeking a motivated and skilled laboratory assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge translational research on cell-based therapies aimed at alleviating low back pain.
